2023 Muscle Classic Competition • 3rd Edition

Introducing the Muscle Classic, an open bodybuilding competition organized by embizsure Gym to promote the sport in Nigeria and around the world. This event, promoted by renowned bodybuilder Ezekiel Emmanuel, serves as a platform for inspiring and nurturing upcoming bodybuilders, providing them with valuable experience before competing in world ranking events.

The inaugural Muscle Classic competition was held in Lagos State in 2016 and drew over 40 competitors in both bodybuilding and physique categories. This event is also an opportunity for aspiring bodybuilders to discover their potential and talent in the industry.

 

In its third edition, the 2023 Muscle Classic competition is going online! This free and open competition is designed for upcoming bodybuilding athletes in Nigeria, allowing them to compete from the comfort of their own homes. The competition will be judged by pro bodybuilders and bodybuilding specialists from around the world, and athletes will receive feedback on their performance.

 

Competitors are required to submit seven mandatory poses, including quarter turns, front and rear double biceps, front lat spread, side tricep, side chest, and abdominal & thigh.
